Writing
Melissa Lloyd spent years writing to shape foreign policy for people in bowties and military high-and-tights, bridging the gap between strategy on paper and reality in the field. Her work still explores policy misfires, but now, she also writes about something messier: the human condition.
Melissa’s work explores self-discovery, grief, travel, and the dark humor you pick up while learning to thrive instead of survive. Melissa’s writing led her to guest lecture at Georgetown, Rutgers, Københavns Universitet, and the University of Sarajevo.
